      1. CSUN Extended Learning Building

         New construction of 3 story building includes office and classrooms with full height enclosed atrium. A central outdoor courtyard connects to the adjacent two 1 story office and classroom buildings. The building will provide administrative, program development and production space for the seven departments under the Tseng College of Extended Learning.
         Total conditioned area is 62,828 SF.
