The redevelopment consists of one residential high rise tower and two office core and shell buildings. The three are connected by underground parking garage with an above outdoor vegetated terrace space. The goal of the project is a pedestrian oriented, green space in a dense, car-focused city.
The two office buildings combined includes 389,607 SF conditioned space.
