Trowbridge is the largest residence hall on campus for first-year students. The campus dining hall once was in the basement, where student waiters served their fellow classmates, and the Washington's Birthday banquet was the big social event of the year. Today, Trowbridge has single- and double-room residence options plus multiple lounges for studying and socializing. A large natural area in front of the hall is an ideal space for hanging out with friends, grilling out or relaxing with a book under a tree. All the room furniture at Trowbridge Hall is movable, allowing students to personalize their space. All residence halls have Internet connectivity (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) and kitchen and laundry facilities.
