DeWaters, which is open to students in their second year and beyond, is the smallest of the residence halls, giving it the feel of a particularly tight-knit community.
Double rooms and a small number of single rooms are available here. Two rooms share a connecting bathroom. Students enjoy the variety of lounges that enable them to have both quiet spaces to study and places to socialize. The first-floor lounge has a TV and a foosball table, the second-floor lounge has a TV and a large piano, and the third- and fourth-floor lounges are study areas. All residence halls have Internet connectivity (Wi-Fi and Ethernet) and kitchen and laundry facilities.
