            Dedicated Bike Lane/Class 2 Facility - striped bike lane at the side of the roadway . Cars may not travel or park in the bike lane, and cyclists may leave the bike lane at any time to pass, avoid obstacles, or to turn left. (Cyclists do not have to travel in the bike lane if they don’t want to).

            Lanes are striped in lanes going in both directions - this roadway is owned/maintained by CITY OF SAN DIEGO.
