Co-ed floors, single-sex by room, gender-inclusive. Includes the Esther Madríz and Erasmus living-learning communities. Building amenities include a 24-hour front desk, ethernet ports in each room and Wi-Fi throughout the building, cable TV connector in each room, six student lounges, a laundry room, and two kitchens.
