         Protecting spider monkeys in Nicaragua by conducting protective patrols, restoring native forests, and engaging local youth in conservation education. Researching monkey behavior and use of corridors, establishing private reserves, expanding reforestation areas, and continuing to develop citizen science activities and a junior ranger program.
