The Wright State University Nutter Center is Dayton's premier sports and entertainment venue. The 11,200 seat arena is the official home of the NCAA Division 1 Wright State University men's and women's basketball programs and the women's volleyball program. It's a stopping point for national touring concerts and performances including musicians from every genre, comedians, and world-renowned family shows. Past performers and shows from the last three years include: Jason Derulo, Kevin Hart, KISS, Dierks Bentley, Cirque du Soleil, Darius Rucker, WWE, Band Perry, Disney On Ice, Florida Georgia Line, Monster Jam, Newsboys, Jeff Dunham, The Eagles, Theresa Caputo, James Taylor, Lee Brice, Nick Cannon Wild N Out, Professional Bull Riding, The Harlem Globetrotters, Thomas Rhett, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Journey, Toby Mac, Justin Moore, Lil Wayne, Phish, Fall Out Boy, and Brantley Gilbert.
The Nutter Center has also become home for high profile sporting events including regional and state high school volleyball, basketball, and wrestling tournaments. The Nutter Center hosts Wright State University's Fall and Spring Commencements as well as 17 area high school graduation ceremonies.
In addition to the main arena, WSU's Nutter Center houses four basketball courts, a recreational running track, weight room, 60,000 square feet of exhibit space, banquet rooms, several classrooms, and dressing rooms.
