Demonstrating Sustainable Ranching in Patagonia
Organization: The Nature Conservancy
Establishing a demonstration ranch in Patagonia to teach and model conservation and sustainable production methods for local sheep ranchers in an effort to protect grassland habitats and restore ecological resilience. Protecting local wildlife including the social tuco-tuco, a critically endangered rodent species found only in Argentina.
