Engaging an indigenous village in restoration of the snow leopard population in Altai, Russia. Working with herders and reformed poachers engaged through last year's work to protect snow leopards in the Argut basin. Offering incentives, employment, training for conservation, and teaching village families the value of these cats through a festival and outreach.
