McIlvaine Apartments
These College-owned apartments located in Gambier off of Kokosing Drive have traditionally been used as faculty and staff housing. The College opened up the McIlvaines to students during the 2020-21 academic year, and secured 10 apartments, housing three students each (1 single and 1 double), for students during the 2021-22 academic year.
