    1. 110 St. Thomas More Rd.

commissioned EYP to create a state-of-the-art new residence hall. EYP's design, which incorporates the highest levels of finishes and amenities, consists of an L-shaped structure that combines with the existing Vanderslice Hall, forming a new residence quadrangle. Its brick and locally quarried stone facade seamlessly integrates with the rest of the campus, and its program and design set a precedent for future residence hall development. Currently the campus's most popular housing facility, 110 St. Thomas More Road's suite-style units, three double-height common rooms, and a variety of study lounges effectively make the residence hall a welcoming campus gateway.
