    1. U.S. Bank Tower

      The 72-story, 1.597 Million sq. ft. US Bank Tower is the 11th-tallest building in the United States, tallest building on the West Coast of the United States, and the tallest building in the world with a helipad on its roof at the time of completion. Formerly known as Library Tower, at the time of its completion the building was the tallest structure in a major active seismic region. Recent renovations include an observation tower open to the public, as well as a glass slide suspended 1,000 feet above the ground, set to open in June 2016. Certified under LEED for Existing Buildings 2009, this building ranks in the top 42% of projects in this rating system version.
