The California Endowment headquarters was designed by architect Rios Clementi Hale Studios and includes an urban garden, community meeting space, and 130,000 sq. ft. office space. The campus was designed to bridge the indoor and outdoor environments with meeting spaces opening to accessible courtyards, and the entire ground-floor is open to the public. The building includes sustainable features of reduced energy consumption and the use of recycled materials.
