The Collective at Playa Vista delivered in 2015 and comprises a 204,422 square foot, five-building office campus located in the burgeoning Playa Vista submarket of West Los Angeles.

Designed by the local Shimoda Design Group, each building features two floors with dramatic double height spaces of up to 21 feet. The concrete and wood exterior melds with interiors of steel columns, wood flooring and exposed roof framing to create an inviting yet industrial feel, complementing the landscaped grounds and private garden patios.

Situated only one mile from the Pacific Ocean, Playa Vista is nestled below the bluffs of Westchester, adjacent to the newly restored Ballona Freshwater Marsh and within close proximity to Santa Monica, Century City and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
