            This 484,000 SF office complex was the very first LEED-CS certified project in City of Los Angeles and achieved LEED-CS Gold. Its high rating is based on optimizing energy performance by 30% and reducing potable water for landscaping by 100%. Extensive materials testing and mock-ups were condicted to prevent water intrusion and maximize envelope efficiency.
