        1. The Campus at Playa Vista, Parcel 3

          Campus at Playa Vista, Parcel 3 is a 325,000 SF project in four buildings; focus on water efficiency including a green roof, low water plant materials, reclaimed water for landscaping and water efficient fixtures. Playa Vista is an award-winning 500-acre urban infill mixed-use development in Los Angeles, located where Howard Hughes built the Spruce Goose airplane. ZC has been providing its full suite of sustainability services to the project since 1996. At build-out (estimated 2016), the community will have 5,800 residential units, 3 million square feet of commercial space, a mixed-use retail center and numerous supporting elements including an LAUSD K-8 school, two community centers, a public library, an outdoor live performance amphitheater along with several people and dog parks, and a recreated freshwater marsh. To date, over 3,200 homes and 1.5 million square feet of offices have been completed
