      Pedcor Associates, Inc. is a Construction and Real Estate Development Consulting firm providing a wide variety of services to its clients in the South Florida, and Central and South America.
      
      Our President, José Pérez de Corcho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami and has over thirty five (35) years of experience as a consulting engineer, municipal and institutional construction administrator and general contractor. He holds General Building and Engineering Construction licenses in both the State of Florida and Miami-Dade County.
      
      Pedcor offers the following basic services to the industry:
