Fred Nanus, BBA '61
Fred Nanus, CPA has been operational since June, 1972 which is 43 1/2 years. The firm prepares all forms of income tax returns and performs consulting, business advisory and outside controllership services. The firm has also previously prepared compiled financial statements, and is capable of doing so if there is a client demand for such services. Mr. Nanus has been preparing income tax returns since graduating from UM in 1961 and was also a member of Lybrand, Ross Brothers and Montgomery(now Price Coopers)- one of the top eight leading accounting firms for a period of 7 years. He has also been the Assistant Treasurer of a stock exchange listed corporation for three years. He has been a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants for over 40 years.
