Our law firm is dedicated to the field of U.S. immigration law including the legal representation on (and consular processing of) applications for U.S. visas and/or U.S. residence on behalf of: investors (E-2 or EB-5); professionals(H-1B or EB-2); intra-company executive/managers (L-1A or EB-1); people of extraordinary ability (O-1 or EB-1); and foreign nationals with qualifying relatives in this country. We also provide legal defense to foreign nationals who are in deportation or removal proceedings at risk of being expelled from the United States, by invoking those immigration remedies (such as immigration waivers) available under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
