The firm concentrates in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation. We represent both claimants and defendants throughout Florida in State and Federal courts. Generally, our firm?s primary focus can be described as litigation of disputes arising from commercial, business, and real estate relationships. More specific examples include litigation arising from contract disputes, partnership disputes, business torts, fraud, shareholder disputes, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, enforcement and defense of non-competition agreements, real estate and association litigation, and fraudulent transfers.
