My role as a therapist is to help facilitate a healing moment. As a psychotherapist, I believe in assisting clients to better their relationship with others, to understand and achieve a life that is meaningful and fulfilling. At times we react to life's adversities with fear and anger, burying our joy and hope. Through therapeutic support, I help my clients learn to recognize healthy ways to react to life's trials and take control in order to move forward and seek self-actualization and gratification. My job is to help you feel comfortable and able to talk about any topic that is important to you and then guide you in finding solutions or provide you with strategies to try to get your life back on track.
