All of my products are egg free and the gluten flavors (chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough and brownie batter) are made with heat treated flour which has been recommended by the FDA to ensure food safety. I also offer gluten free oatmeal raisin cookie dough balls. Happylicious balls are sold as refrigerated products and have a four month shelf life.
Boozy Balls will be introduced in February 2017. The boozy coconut rum cookie dough, coffee cookie dough and Irish cream brownie batter balls can be used as ‘ice cubes’ in drinks or served as an accoutrement to a signature dessert cocktail.
