Opened in 2006 as housing for juniors and seniors, the apartments in the Apartment Village contain four private bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. Each bedroom is equipped with a single bed, dresser, and desk with a chair. The kitchen includes dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and a four-stool dining counter. All units have air-conditioning, cable television, and Ethernet and wireless access in each room. AV, as it is known, also has a centrally located community center, the Dawghouse, which includes a convenience store, career and computer resource lab, game room, laundry facilities, and staffed resource desk.
