An apartment-style residence hall, University Terrace (UT), offers several options: one-person studios; two-person, one-bedroom apartments; four-person, two-bedroom apartments; and four-person, three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a unique design based on the number of bedrooms and its location in the building. UT residents are not required to purchase a meal plan at the University, but have the option to do so. Every unit has an advisory council that creates activities and programs for the residents. Apartments in University Terrace feature the following: a kitchen with refrigerator, range, and dishwasher; one or two full bathrooms, depending on the apartment’s size; a large living area; central air; University cable; Ethernet and wireless internet access; and furnished bedrooms.
