ResCo underwent a significant transformation in the summer of 2020, enhancing its space for students and faculty. This allows students and faculty to create their own meal from our four uniquely designed stations. We will house locally sourced burgers and chicken and grill them to perfection. This café is all about showing off our sustainable sourcing while uniquely capturing the essence of the college food experience. This café will pull from traditional recipes to give a taste of home to each college student.
