Rice Media Center
Legendary Houston arts patrons Jean and Dominique de Menil established the Rice Media Center in 1969. It houses the film and photography programs of Rice’s Department of Visual and Dramatic Arts, as well as the Rice Cinema. The Media Center includes a gallery space for photography and other works of art, as well as a 246-seat theater.
