The L.A. Raulerson Building, also known at "Three Seminars," houses the College's business offices, including human resources, accounts payable, financial aid, student accounts, and purchasing. The south portion of the building is made up of what where once three separate seminar buildings, now connected: the Cora Carter Seminar Building, the Isabel Waldbridge Seminar Building, and the Charles W. Hawkins Seminar Building.
