This comprehensive building renovation removed the original building skin and windows and installed new HVAC and plumbing systems. It incorporates LED lighting, high-efficiency equipment, and an integrated energy recovery system. The Mary Ellen Jones building received LEED Gold Certification and the new building uses just over half the energy that the original building consumed.
