            During construction, traffic on the eastern portion of the Drill Field and Liberty Hall will be NORTHBOUND ONLY.

            (This is a safety precaution as "wide load" construction vehicles will be moving this direction on these narrower roads; there would not be enough room for opposing traffic to safely move aside.)
