The CUA softball facility was completely renovated in 2007. Additions include brick dugouts, a seating structure, permanent fencing with windscreen, a warning track, and foul poles.
The Cardinals have enjoyed some of their best seasons in recent memory, topping out with 26 wins in 2010. They reached the Landmark Conference championship game in 2008, 2011, in 2012 they captured their first ECAC championship and in 2014 they won their first Landmark Conference Championship
