Our upscale menu features fresh, straightforward food with quality ingredients from local and regional sources whenever possible. Everything from jam to churros to pork belly is prepared in house — we even plan to open a butcher and charcuterie shop next door! — and special dietary needs can usually be accommodated upon request.
