    1. Richard and Helen DeVos Fieldhouse

      The Richard and Helen DeVos Fieldhouse seats approximately 3,400 fans for Hope’s men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball home events. The fieldhouse also serves as the home to Hope’s kinesiology department, a weight room and gym open to all Hope students and employees, and our athletic training program. The building includes 102,000-square-feet surrounded by green space, creating an inviting entrance to downtown and campus.

    2. Ray and Sue Smith Stadium

      The former Holland Municipal Stadium, home of Flying Dutchmen football since 1979, underwent a transformation with the installation of artificial turf and other improvements in 2012.

    3. Van Andel Soccer Stadium

      This state-of-the-art facility seats 1,400 fans and includes two locker rooms, training and meeting rooms, a concession stand, and a press box. Was completed in 2009.

    4. Ekdal J. Buys Athletic Fields

      Buys Athletic Fields comprise the college's outdoor athletic complex. The complex is named in honor of alumnus and former trustee Ekdal J. Buys. It is adjacent to Ray and Sue Smith Stadium, built in 1979, which is home to Hope's football games.

    5. Lugers Fieldhouse

      Lugers Fieldhouse serves the Hope College football team with a sports medicine center and locker rooms near the Ray and Sue Smith Stadium.

    6. Boeve Baseball Stadium

      Named in honor of longtime Hope baseball coach Ronald Boeve ’53, the baseball and softball facilities were both completed in 2008.

    7. Wolters Softball Stadium

      Named in honor of longtime Hope softball coach Karla Wolters ’73, the softball and baseball facilities were both completed in 2008.

    8. Brewer Track

      Gordon Brewer Outdoor Track honors longtime Hope athletics administrator Gordon M. Brewer ’48, who was the head track and field coach for 32 seasons. The facility underwent a major restoration in 2012 with the addition of a steeplechase course and a cage to accommodate the hammer throw event.

       

      The track is part of the Ekdal J. Buys Outdoor Athletics Complex.

    9. Etheridge Tennis Complex

      The Etheridge Tennis Complex at Hope College consists of the DeWitt Tennis Center which provides six indoor courts and the Vande Poel-Heeringa Stadium Courts featuring 12 outdoor courts in a spectator-friendly setting.
    10. Vande Poel - Heeringa Stadium Courts

      Completed in 2012, this outdoor tennis stadium consists of 12 courts, an officials’ shelter and elevated seating for spectators. The courts are located close to Hope’s DeWitt Tennis Center and together make up the Etheridge Tennis Complex.

    11. DeWitt Tennis Center

      This six-court indoor facility currently serves the intercollegiate tennis programs, students and the entire community of Holland.

    12. Dow Center

      The Dow Health and Physical Education Center is a health and fitness facility that includes a swimming pool, instructional dance studios, a fully equipped conditioning room, and a gymnasium with an upper jogging track.


      "The Dow" is home to the dance department and is where some kinesiology classes are held. It is also the location for the annual Dance Marathon fundraiser.
