Parkview Apartments are located at 161 E. 9th Street and can house a total of 36 students in 12 apartments. Each apartment has its own outside entrance and basement. There is a kitchen/dining room area and living room located on each first floor. On each second floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom is a single, and the other is a double with two beds that can be bunked. Both bedrooms have a closet and dressers. The apartments are all equipped with central air conditioning. All the kitchens are furnished with a refrigerator and stove/oven, in addition to a dining table with four chairs. Each living room has a couch, two chairs, coffee table and end table. There is a washer and dryer in the basement of each apartment.
