Kleis Cottage is located at 326 Columbia Avenue and can house up to 5 students.
After the first Kleis Cottage was destroyed by a fire in January of 1980, the current Kleis Cottage was converted to student housing that same month.
This cottage is named in honor of H. P. Kleis, owner of Holland Rendering Works.
