Purchased in 1983 as a house for the Knickerbocker fraternity, the cottage was later converted to general student housing. Located at 54 East 13th Street, the cottage can house up to 6 students.
This cottage is named in honor of Milton J. Hoffman who was Professor of Latin and Hope’s first Rhodes scholar in 1909.
