    1. University Campus Services (UCS)

Built in 1922, the University Campus Services (UCS) building was the first hospital in Cedar City. When a new hospital was built in 1963, the "Old Hospital" was donated to the university. From 1964 to 1982, it served as dorms, classrooms, a lab facility, and storage for the university. The building went up for auction in 1982 and was purchased by the Leavitt Group to serve as their headquarters. In 2021 the building became the property of the university once more, where it houses several departments and administrative offices for SUU.
