Neff Hall is a two-story facility housing more than 220 men. Resident rooms are typically furnished for double occupancy and include two twin beds, two closets, two desks and chairs, and two dressers. Any of these rooms may be reserved as private rooms as space permits. For convenience, all rooms include TV cable service and wireless Internet service -- free of charge. All resident rooms have sinks and each floor has four bathrooms and its own laundry facility. The lobby area offers billiards, ping pong, vending and a TV lounge for residents to enjoy. The front entrance includes a guest receiving area, information desk, and resident mailboxes. Neff Hall also has a lighted sand volleyball pit across the street of the facility and is located adjacent to the gymnasium and fitness center.
