NYMC's student housing is composed of ten garden-style apartment buildings and five suite-style buildings. Grasslands I, the garden-style apartments, contain 100 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for families and non-traditional students. Grasslands II, the suite-style buildings, provides housing for 310 single students in 80 shared apartments. Centrally located in the complex is the Student Center Building, which contains a laundry room and a fitness center.
