The Orthotic & Prosthetic Technologies program teaches students about the design, fabrication and fitting of prosthetic limbs and orthopedic braces.
As one of only six two-year orthotics and prosthetics programs in the country, OSUIT graduates can go on to work as a technician or orthotic fitter in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities, fabrication laboratories, nursing homes or private practices.
