Students in the Power Plant Technology program develop the understanding and skills to work in the Electric Power Generation Industry.
Explore all aspects of power plant operations, from water chemistry to electrical distribution. With 10 power plants within a one-hour drive of the OSUIT campus, site visits are part of the curriculum so students also have a chance to tour multiple plants, speak with operators, as well as invite guest speakers from those plants to campus.
