      1. Carillon Place

Located next to Centennial Residence Hall, Carillon Place is built with the environment in mind. From plenty of glass exposure for natural light to  the use of trayless dining to save on waste, the facility utilizes numerous systems and processes to be deemed environment-friendly.

Carillon Place is our other LEED-certified, Meal Trade facility. The facility takes a meal swipe, and in return, students and guests get a side, entree, beverage and dessert for their meal swipe. Inside of Carillon Place is Ciao Bella, which serves pizza and different kinds of pasta. Smok'd & Grill'd serves smoked entrees with a variety of southern-style sides. Choolah is our Indian BBQ with fresh and authentic flavors. And Cabo serves up all sorts of burritos!
