Lancer Arms offers great apartment living for transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). Lancer Arms apartments have been recently renovated and are fully furnished and accommodate two or three residents, depending on the size of the apartment. Lancer Arms is conveniently located on the south side of campus near the Recreation Center, Lancer Plaza, and the Van Dyne Gym.
