The Colony apartments offer an independent-living experience for transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). Colony apartments are fully furnished and accommodate three to four residents, depending on the size of the apartment. A thriving community of upperclassmen, The Colony has much to offer, including a pool and community area, outdoor basketball court and a community room.
