Facilities & Planning Services
Facilities and Planning Services oversees the maintenance and operations of all campus structures. This includes the "internal building systems" — HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), plumbing, lights, etc.—as well as the building structures. Their office is located in Building 37, Suite 200 (first floor), at 8471 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, CA, 92504, next door to Human Resources at Lancer Palms.
