The Joy Burns Center is the residence of the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management (a program within the Daniels College of Business, but with its own stand-alone building). Inside you'll find a production kitchen, a student-run coffee shop and a beverage management center modeled after a Tuscan wine cellar.
