   1. Armfield Athletic Center

      Home to the Guilford's football, men's soccer, women's soccer, men's lacrosse and women's lacrosse teams; Armfield Athletic Center is a 2,200-seat stadium located on the southeast corner of the campus.

   2. Stuart Maynard Batting Center

      The Quakers' batting center was dedicated to Stuart T. Maynard in April 2010. Guilford's baseball and softball teams have access to the batting center both in-season and during the off-season.

   3. Edgar H. McBane Field

      McBane Field is located next to Alumni Gym on Guilford's campus. The field has permanent dugouts for home and visiting teams, a new padded backstop, new bleacher seating for spectators, a new state-of-the-art inning-by-inning scoreboard, a brick dust warning track and a new outfield fence.

   4. Jack Jensen Golf Center

      The Jack Jensen Golf Center was built in the fall of 2013 in memory of Guilford's Hall of Fame teacher and coach. The donor-funded facility provides indoor and covered practice areas for the Quakers' varsity golf team, as well as meeting and locker room space. The facility sits just behind the Ragan-Brown Field House and McBane Field.

   5. Alumni Wedge Range

      The Quakers can practice on the Alumni Wedge Range, which was established in 2012. The range is located a short walk from the dorms and just behind the baseball field and Ragan-Brown Field House on Guilford's campus. There the golf team can practice shots up to 130 yards.

   6. Alumni Gym

      The Athletic Center is home to the Alumni Gym and also provides office space for our athletics staff.

   8. Mary Ragsdale Fitness Area

      Stay fit and healthy with our newly renovated fitness center. As part of a larger remodel of the PE Center, we recently installed 10 ReRev elliptical machines, which harness the energy from workouts. Now, when people work out on the ellipticals, their kinetic motion actually generates electricity that’s captured to be used in the center later.

   9. Haworth Field

      Guilford's softball team plays and practices on Haworth Field, located on the northwest corner of the College. The softball field was built in 2003 and has steadily received a number of enhancements, including a scoreboard, brick dugouts, a team room, increased bleacher seating and a new windscreen.

   10. Dorothy Ragsdale McMichael '37 Centennial Tennis Courts

       The Quakers compete and practice on eight tennis courts built in 2008 on the northwest corner of the campus. The courts are surrounded by windscreens and have an adjoining building with restrooms and team meeting space.

   11. The Meadows at Guilford College

       Home to Guilford's men's cross-country and women's cross country teams. The Meadows cross country course was completed in 2009 on the north/northwest part of the Guilford College campus. The all grass course accommodates cross country loops ranging in length from five- to eight-kilometers and features a few steady hills as it rolls through the Guilford Meadows.

   12. American Hebrew Academy Stadium

       The Quakers are fortunate to practice and compete at the American Hebrew Academy located less than a mile from Guilford College's campus. The nation's only pluralistic Jewish college prep boarding school opened in 2001 for students in grades 9-12. Its state-of-the-art athletics facilities include a 400-meter outdoor track, which is made of recycled rubber.

   13. American Hebrew Academy Swimming Pool

       Guilford practices and hosts home events at the American Hebrew Academy just over two miles from campus. The Quakers typically have use of the pool for two hours per day during the season and use it for home meets.

   14. Sedgefield Country Club

       Guilford is privileged to call the Sedgfield Country Club's Dye Course its home course. Formerly known as the Cardinal, the course is less than 10 minutes from Guilford's campus and was renovated in 2006-07 by new owner John McConnell and Pete Dye, who designed its original layout. It reopened in July 2007 as a 7,002 yard, par-70 course.

        

       Pete Dye's design concepts are recognized as some of golf's finest championship courses. His genius was seen early in his career when the Dye Course opened in 1975 as one of the area's most-challenging layouts, a reputation alive today. The restored course is longer, yet retains the loop's unique and demanding qualities. It covers over 140 acres of scenic property and includes two lakes and winding creeks.
