Originally constructed in 1964, Marks Hall, named in honor of Los Angeles philanthropist David X. Marks, is being completely renovated for the 2014-2015 school year.
Prior renovations to the three-story, 18,744-square-foot building were in 1987 and 1999. The new renovations include additional rooms, a new lounge and music practice and rehearsal studios, nicknamed "The Cave."
All CMC residence hall rooms have wifi coverage and wired Internet connections and laundry facilities in the building, and Marks also offers hydration stations and air-conditioning.
