Originally constructed in 1967, Fawcett Hall is 24,629 square feet and is part of the South Quad residential precinct. Fawcett Hall is named in honor of W. A. Fawcett. The hall was renovated in 1994 and 2008.
Fawcett Hall is air-conditioned, with high-speed Internet service throughout the building. The first floor of Fawcett houses a keycard-assessable study lounge and a main social lounge.
