Established in 1977, the International Place, often called I-Place, is located on the CMC campus and provides international students from all of the Claremont Colleges with activities, resources, and assistance with visas and other immigration issues.

The goal of I-Place is to create opportunities for international students and American students to interact and to learn across cultures.

Claremont McKenna College, which enrolls approximately 1,250 students from 46 states and 29 countries, values the diversity that international students bring to campus in terms of culture, background and perspectives.
